As an AP, we are authorized by the Essential Services Commission (check here) to install new and energy-saving products and create Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs) under the rebate scheme. 1 VEEC = 1 tonne of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2) abated by specified energy upgrade.
